- This privacy policy of the Website is informative, which means that it is not a source of obligations for the Service Recipients or Customers of the Website. The Website allows all its Service Recipients or Customers to purchase Services provided on go-kart tracks under the conditions specified in the Shop Terms and Conditions and the Online Booking Regulations.

- Personal data are processed on the principles set out in the regulations on the protection of personal data, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”) and in Polish regulations issued in connection with the GDPR, in this Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.
- The Controller takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by it are processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed incompatible with those purposes; are factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that allows the identification of the persons to whom they relate, no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
- All words, phrases and acronyms appearing on this website and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Service Provider, Website, Electronic Service) should be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Terms and Conditions of the Website available on the pages of the Website.
- Personal data (or data) is any information that, directly, indirectly, or in combination with other information, including a personal identification number, enables the identification or traceability of an individual.
- Service Recipient/Client – a person using this website, the Online Booking Application or the Mobile Application to which the data relates.
- Personal Data may be voluntarily provided by the Client or collected automatically when using the Online Booking Application or the Mobile Application.
- Unless otherwise specified, all Data required by this Online Booking Application or Mobile Application is mandatory, and failure to provide such Data may prevent these Applications from providing services. In cases where the Online Booking Application or the Mobile Application expressly states that certain Data are not mandatory, the Service Recipient or the Client may not provide this Data, as this will not have consequences in the availability or functioning of the Service.
- The Service Recipient or the Client who is not sure which Personal Data is mandatory may contact the Administrator.
- Any use of cookies – or other tracking tools – by the Online Booking Application or by the Mobile Application or by the owners of third-party services used by those Applications is used to provide the Service requested by the Service Recipient or Customer, in addition to any other purposes described herein and in the Cookie Policy, if available.
- The Service Recipient or the Client is responsible for any Third Party Personal Data obtained, published or made available through the Online Booking Application or the Mobile Application and confirms that they have the consent of the third party to transfer the Data.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND DATA RECIPIENTS
- Each time, the purpose, scope and recipients of the data processed by the Administrator result from the activities undertaken by the Service Recipient or the Client on the Website. The possible purposes of collecting personal data of Service Recipients or Clients by the Administrator are as follows:
- concluding and performing a contract for the provision of a Service or an Electronic Service.
- Possible recipients of personal data of the Website Customers:
- In the case of a Service Recipient or a Client who uses the method of electronic payments or a payment card on the Website, the Administrator makes the collected personal data available to the Service Recipient or Client to the selected entity handling the above payments on the Website.
- The Administrator may process the following personal data of Service Recipients or Clients using the Website: name and surname; Email address contact phone number, shipment address.
- Providing the personal data referred to in the point above may be necessary to conclude and perform a contract for the provision of a Service or an Electronic Service on the Website. Each time, the scope of data required to conclude the agreement is indicated in advance on the Website and in the Terms and Conditions of the Website.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS, OPERATIONAL DATA
- The Administrator uses Google Analytics services on the Website provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), whose registered office is located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This service helps the Administrator to analyze traffic on the Website.
- The data collected as part of the above services are processed in an anonymized manner (these are the so-called operational data that make it impossible to identify a person) to generate statistics helpful in the administration of the Website. This data is aggregated and anonymous, i.e. it does not contain any identifying features of visitors to the Website. This data is not disclosed to third parties.
- By using the above services on the Website, the Administrator collects such data as the sources and medium of acquiring Service Recipients or Customers and the manner of their behaviour on the Website, information on the devices and browsers from which they visit the website and geographical data.

BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
- Providing personal data by the Service Recipient or the Client is voluntary, although failure to provide the personal data indicated on the Website website and in the Terms and Conditions of the Website necessary to conclude and perform a contract for the provision of a Service or an Electronic Service results in the impossibility of concluding such an agreement.
- The basis for the processing of personal data of the Service Recipient or the Client is the need to perform the agreement to which he is a party or to take action at the Service Recipient’s request prior to its conclusion.
- The Administrator may process Personal Data concerning the Service Recipient or the Client if one of the following situations occurs:
- The Service Recipient or the Client has consented to one or more specified purposes, whereby the Client has the right to object to such processing (“opt-out”), without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases. However, this does not apply to cases where the processing of Personal Data is subject to European data protection law;
- providing the Data is necessary for the performance of the agreement with the Service Recipient or the Client and/or any of its pre-contractual obligations;
- the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Administrator is subject;
- the processing is related to a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority vested in the Controller;
- processing is necessary for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party.

5.The Administrator shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
6. The processing of Data is carried out using computers and/or IT tools, in compliance with procedures and organizational modes closely related to the indicated purposes. In addition to the Controller, in some cases the Data may be available to certain types of responsible persons, including those involved in the operation of the Online Booking Application or the Mobile Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external persons (such as third parties technical service providers, postal service providers, hosting service providers, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed, if necessary, by the Administrator as data processors.
7. The Personal Data of the Service Recipient or the Client may be used by the Administrator for legal purposes in court or at stages leading to possible legal actions resulting from the improper use of the Online Booking Application or the Mobile Application or related Services.
8. The Service Recipient or the Client declares that they are aware that the Administrator may be obliged to disclose personal data at the request of public authorities.
9. W celach operacyjnych i konserwacyjnych The online booking application or mobile application and any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with this Application (System logs) using other Personal Data (such as the IP Address) for this purpose.
THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECT THE CONTENT OF YOUR DATA
- The Service Recipient or the Client has the right to access the content of their personal data and correct them, including in the Online Booking Application or the Mobile Application.
- Each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him or her contained in the Administrator’s data set, including the Online Booking Application or the Mobile Application, and in particular the right to: request supplementation, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their deletion, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose, for which they were collected.
